Kabam heading back to work on Monday after our frustration past couple weeks..

From our frustration with banquet event, to tone deaf deals with key situation and all the way to lackluster “live stream” to start the year.

But we get an update on raids to fight “deathless” champs but no reward updates ?! Come on…


No updates to any content or rewards, just a “coming” soon Sigil update who knows when, and not even a date on any of next months events.

    Nothing new, same tactic every time. Even support is adapting the same tactics to avoid their own rules (I had an experience these past days)

    Spending is a choice. If I choose to spend $1000 on lotto scratchers, that's a choice I make. If I have disposable income and choose to spend it on crazy things, it doesn't change what that thing is. If someone spends 100k on a mobile game, it's still a mobile game. The game could literally shut down tomorrow and there isn't anything anyone could do.

    I must have not expressed myself correctly.

    I wasn't defending anyone spending, I have no judgement on that, it people own money and their own life, so they have every right to do with it however they like.

    I actually very thankful that they do, so we can have this game continuing.

    The point that I try to make for a lot of players, invested a lot of resources into this game, because for them maybe it is not just a mobile game and they are passionate about this game.

    Kabam is happy to take those resources (time and money) and thrive on it, which provided Kabam with the funding to develop this game and pay those that work on it.

    However whenever the Summoners is unhappy with what Kabam is doing and provide feedback that Kabam doesn't like we seem to get people popping in and say, why is people get upset, it is only a mobile game.

    So what is it,

    Is it just a mobile game and people shouldn't bother beinng passionate about, shouldn't bother spending their time and money on the game.

    Or

    It is something that some people very passionate, spending a lot of time and money on the game.

    I'm passionate about figuring out why people are so triggered by employees taking time off. Or getting upset they didn't get things they built up in their head. Or compensation for no reason. But I don't ever seem to learn my lesson because we do this every single year. Nothing ever changes.

    I just have a lot time off and down time in holiday so I’m more active on forums on holidays.

    Well, they showed what their priority is by giving for 10 units 1 T4A and 1T6b to whales in the shop.

    So you're passionate about figuring out why people think the way they do? Like an academic researcher?

    Just ask them then in instead of trying to tell them the way they think is wrong. That's not how an academic researcher acts.
