It's buffed, you can compare it to the current version on auntm.ai.

From what I can tell, there are some value changes to damage and the number of debuffs she can put on an opponent. So maybe it makes her usable, but it's hard to tell from just this description and not a listing of the changes.

She received some upgrades to her fervor passive, cruelties on L2, and shock debuff durations, so it's possible that her new kit allows her to create a lot of critical shocks that are potent. She is likely going to be nothing great, but there's an outside chance that all the work to get her damage up results in a reasonable payoff. Who knows though, I'm not holding my breath.

I was the one who posted on another thread.

Changes I noticed:

-Chance to inflict shock reduced from 40%-30%.
-Potency of shock effects increased by roughly 40%.
-Duration of shock effects increased from 20-30 seconds.
-Heavy disorient potency increased from 35%-40% and for science 50%-100%. Also max stacks reduced from 2-1.
-Heavy disorient duration decreased from 20-18 seconds.
-Fervor potency increased from 2%-80%. Max stacks reduced to 3.
-Sable mine cooldown reduced from 6-4 seconds.
-Special attack 2 cruelty potency increased by 22%.
-Increased Special attack 2 critical shocks converted per sable mine from 10-15 shocks. (now you only need 2 mines up for max damage instead of 3)
-Critical shocks duration reduced to 5 seconds.
-Looks like awakened ability cruelty was also increased by a little.

I think the fervor change is the really big thing aside from shock potency- everything else mostly tweaks how tight her loop is, but the fervor makes her way more reliable at shock stacking.

I'm hopeful that this works out. This looks like a pretty big buff to her damage. She's still so heavily AI reliant that I would've wished for an infuriate while her mines are on cooldown.
