Idk i think he might be a chase champ because from what i've heared from people on discord is that hes suppose to be a superior class.

So think about this, if it's datamined, they always use placeholders until it actually drops in game. They probably use superior class as a placeholder to keep things "secretive". But by saying he needs skill cats, which ares should 100% be a skill champ, what conclusions do you draw from that?
