My friend got banned and there is no further action .

I've tried yesterday to reach out to our community Manger Mr Dorky on Facebook but i believe is just a bussines acc about a unfair bann my friend received .
I am not familiar with how it works this site or who to reach 🤔. I'm just trying to help him as he is 100% a legit player ,friend in game and nearly 2 decades friends in real life.
He got banned for a necropolis path that he did a year ago and at the time he was in Mexico when he completed the run .
He didn't know at the time about the community rewords . I've reached him to let him know if he doesn't do the run he will miss the rewords .
We are based in UK and probably or mostly this banned is something to do with the fact that he was in Mexic and the algorithm of the Game though he exchange the account with someone over the sea.
Please ,I'm reaching out to all the players to give him an advice ,the team dosent want to help him ,the bann is 100% unfair.
In game name is vYgoare and he plays for about 10 years ,also a big spender now and then trying to catch up with me and viceversa.
Please help 🙏 him !

If the reason of the bann is exactly what I'm thinking of ....him being in Mexic at the time .
It's just what happened and he just got banned 2 days a go and he bloody spent nearly £ 500 or more on banquet 2. He is devastated and I my self for him as he isn't stupid to do something like that to himself.
If they said no further action will be taken, then it's absolutely final... They don't take bans lightly. Your "friend" did something to violate the terms of service and they know it (I assume using a modded apk.) There's no way around it. Kabam has the data and can see everything you do on your account - everything.
Cos it's not something relaxing to do, it's plain frustrating content
Namor and Attuma says this story smells fishy
Someone should probably tell OP that Seatin (also based in the UK) did the Abyss in Mexico on day one and his account survived just fine.
