On top of my head there is Thing who is immune to both Shock and Bleed.

Photon is only Bleed immune, but she got high energy resistant, and since most of Okoya damage is coming fom DoT, I can only imagine she would not be affective again them (who are some of the top Science Defender). These maybe more, I don't remember on top of my head either.

Outside of the Science (not even including Mutant) I think these are a lot more champs that immune to Bleed and Shock too.

I think a simple change to Shock to Rupture isn't gamebreak but just enough for her to take on more matches

Edit:- Sandman is also Bleed and Shock immune, while Count Nef is Bleed immune and 90% Shock resistance.

Seem a fair more Science champs Okoya would struggle to counter.
Dont forget nodes have resist or immunes or protections
I know we wouldn’t choose to bring Okoye on a High Energy Diet path, but yeah, conceptually it shows how this supposed advantage (two different DoT types) can actually be a disadvantage.

Proposed future “fix”:

Synergy with Shuri that turns her shock to plasma

Synergy with M’baku that turns her bleed to rupture

Bring my boy in game! with critical ruptures and major physical resistance and strong resistance to frostbite and coldsnap.

So the one thing I wish Okoye would have (or Kabam would change) and personally I think it would make her absolutely amazing and be Skill champions we all need as a 7*, while still remain balance and not OP.

Simply don't use her in matchups where you can't inflict bleed or shock (without getting punished). Idk why y'all want a master key type of champ.

Rupture can't be spammed as a dot ability then we get more rupture immune defenders in future, more than they have planned.

He just said 2 (photon is not immune but energy resistant so its a bad matchup). Korg is another. She basically cant do any mutants since they punish or resistant to shock. Her DOT is the 2 types of debuffs that have the most immunities , resistances, or punishments to inflict

Well thing being bleed immune isn't the worst thing in the world since she'll still manage him well with lots of Bleeds and her aar, and we'd have to see with photon how much he resistance actually reduces the damage. Korg seems like a bad matchup for her anyway and I don't think she really should be that great against mutants? I mean which mutants being resistant to shock are you talking about?

My point is that in terms of most matches, especially target matches, it's very unlikely that she going to come across characters that are completely immune to her abilities

She'll still be a good thing counter with her constant bleed and daar though, we'd have to see how photon works after the vicious is applied. Sandman does still get countered by bleed even though he's immune

Tbh thing doesnt need champs with bleed but what she lacks is damage without dots so i dont see her going against thing sandman or photon as her damage is pure dots

Im pretty sure ensnare reduces ability accuracy of evades (correct me if im wrong) and kabam's been spamming bonus ability accuracy for defenders or straight up immunity so that also limits it
