Hello, hoping somebody can help clarify this. So the new Decay buff says "Attackers gain 35% Resistance to Damage over time effects for each Debuff on the Defender."

I was using Shuri and had 12 Shock debuffs (not passives) placed on opponent. That should give me 400% resistance. I don't get why I'm still taking damage from the incinerate/poison applied on me by the defense node.

    She isnt tagged as a decay thats why u gotta run decay attackers

    Thanks. The descriptions usually mention specific tags that the buff applies to so I thought it applies to all champs in this case. But "Decay" itself is the tag, so that would explain it.
