New AW showcase

The new AW showcase side quest just seems tedious to do. The healthpools are large and the attack rating scaling isn't really sufficient. And the rewards are 6* rank up gems lol it should be 7* r2 class gem instead. Am I the only one who feel like this?

I honestly have no idea what they were thinking when they designed these 2 new quests. You have to fight 13 meta defenders with full masteries and 4m+ health pools to get a 4-5 class rankup gem. Who tf thought that was an adequate reward? The damage reduction is also incredibly unnecessary, literally drags out the fights even more. Big miss in my opinion.

I can't get into the science or tech ones,I use champs that have been put in a filtered list but the gate won't open

The filtered list that pops up is wrong, looks like it’s showing all tech or science champs, even ones that don’t fit the tags. Filter and select the red icon to get saga champs.

As a valiant there’s no way I’m using any revives on this just for a 6* rank up gem, absolutely mental.

That god damn power gain in the regular showcase though, I might not be playing right and need to look at some guides but god damn.

4k 7* Shards
4k Tier 4 Alpha
8k Cav crystal shards. (Still can’t believe there’s no paragon crystal)

SQ rewards for a valiant made me laugh, let’s say these are the same rewards for the whole year, that’s not even a full tier 4 alpha, and you’re still far off.

This is such a waste of a designer s time. Only Serpent is missing from the defenders, large pools, current sagas, I wonder, did they think that the Deathless sig stones will make people say "oh great, I need to do this!"

Since there s no mandatory deathless piece attached to it, Pass.

His animations are so jank, I hate it, I hate it, I hate so mfing much. It ALWAYS catches me dashing back from his mediums, it's so stupid. He even breaks through the block if you try to dex out while blocking. Just delete him from the game man.

Lol, how do you think I know before even attempting the fight lol. I have manged to solo him quiet a few times with Nick fury, sunspot and Ironheart. But that was in T3. This is T1. He is gonna cook.

But they didn't include the easy enchantress on heavy unstoppable node, or midstroyer on intercept node.

Players with nefaria would have had an alright time vs midstroyer, Rest of us would suffer.

I just did the tech one itemless with r2 ironheart idoom and r3 shuri. I actually didn’t mind the Tech gem cuz I ranked Fanta for my next necro run

I only have 6* r3 onslaught and can r4 and ascend him, if I do that it he good for AW caus ei saw lags use him for fights. Bro I hate dust and photon barely defeats white tiger I need help I'm crying I only need 2 for the loyalty crystal and I just turned paragon 2 days ago

Gave the R1>R2 gem to Sentinel, he deserves it 🥳

Silk, Red Skull, Negasonic and Hulk on the right path, switching Negasonic for Void for the boss.

Switched Hulk for Chavez on the left side, and again Negasonic > Void fir the boss.

A few revives here and there, because i’m 💩, and the lag & screen freeeezzzzz is pretty 💩 2️⃣ 🤭

I’m not doing the other 2, i got 40 R5s, thats enough.

Yeah i made a vid on enchantress fight in it i like it as a testing thing but if i was to actually do quest the tech and science extra part of the aw showcase is way too tedious, cool design though for those with the time as its kinda fun if u ignore the tedious part of no damage for 120 seconds.

Just do em bro you can never have too many r5s and they are very easy, it’s 30 minutes to an hour

I started the science one. I was doing fine until I ran into enchantress. After I killed my whole team trying to drop her I just closed the quest and said that nonsense isn't worth my time. Who even cares about 6 stars anymore? It's 7 star or bust for pretty much any player that's got the roster and skill for that quest.

The health pools would be fine I'd they hadn't did that nonsense with the nodes essentially making the fight even more drawn out than it needs to be. If I could just do full damage the whole fight I'd do it but I have no interest doing that many annoying fights for those measly rewards. My r3 silk was still taking 4 to 5 minutes per fight due to their nodes purposely stalling the fight.

Agreed. It took me over 5 minutes w/r3 OS against Toad(1st fight) & that's a wrap for me. The rewards aren't worth the time it'll take to complete. Kudos to Kabam for trying something different, but this is the wrong kind of different

The left path is easy, my team silk rank 2, NTW (2), Onslaught (3), América chavez (2), honestly I thought Bullseye figth would be more harder but NTW just melt him, I'm stacked in Havoc for the rigth path.

10 sig stones and a R5 gem is not worth the effort for me too. We're literally being offered all-you-can-eat T6Bs and T3As for 10 units. So 20 minutes of Arena grinding outpaces the rewards for this tedious quest imo...
