BANQUET REWARDS ISSUE

I don't know whether this is a problem with only my account because no one really came forward talking about this. As visible in the 1st image, 7-10 Rankings in Alliance Banquet Rewards were supposed to get me 10k Titan shards, 45k 7 star shards and much more. I spent a decent no. of units close to 10,000. However, in spite of me ranking 7th in the alliance rankings, I did not get the rewards i was entitled to. I got the rather disappointing 11-25% rewards. I hope this is a bug but I will very much appreciate if I am misunderstanding something and someone wishes to correct me. Thank you.

    You could've placed first or last, it makes no difference, the whole ally get the same rewards.

    Oh I get it, those 7-10 are the positions the ally places, so 7th place and so. Your ally didn't place nowhere near that, and as I said before, you all get the same rewards

    Oh I get it now! Thanks a lot buddy! (Wasted my entire time grinding units for some stupid 6 star nexus and warlock dupe)
