I swear at least 6x today I actually swung almost completely through the defenders body before I was somehow punched in the face. To the point where I was checking if I somehow had a falter on me it was so blatant

I'm not entirely sure because I didn't read any nodes ... BUT that Glorius Showcase stuff .. I was missing random combos as if Abs Man had a phase or something.

I’ve thrown specials for them to land the first couple of hits, a then half way in they block

not an unstoppable to be seen.

A few bugs have popped up along with the new UI, just gotta give it chance.

A few “my bad” revives wouldn’t go a miss 😬

You do realize that Dust and Abs Man have the Provocateur tag right? And that showcase had the nodes with this tag active right? RIGHT?

It’s still happening. I can’t beleive more ppl aren’t experiencing this. I just med dashed into a defender who was clearly still in the midst of their heavy attack and instead of hitting them it just passed through 90% of their body - at which point their heavy had ended and then my life did as well.
Maybe I suck now idk but I have to believe someone else has experienced this.
Anyone??

I'm missing/losing intercepts when it clearly connects,
Either AI is skipping frames again to really connect it's hits first or Kebem is at it again

The short answer is yes, it is absolutely cheating more.

Intercepting is pretty much a 50/50 gamble at this point, and parry timing is off again as well. No it is not me, or the phone, it is the game. Anyone who plays this game as seriously as I do can tell when something is not right.

There are times attacks are swinging through and not connecting, but end up with a counter attack or sp. Those are the breaks when playing a broken game.

My parries aren't even registering as a basic block, it's just like I'm standing there getting hit. My mediums don't register half the time. Intercepting is just a terrible idea at this point. My attacks are whiffing too, and all only since the update.

Intercepting dust in the war showcase is a completely arbitrary endeavor. The timing works one time, the next she just ignores whatever I am doing and punches me in the face. Yet intercepting timing is the same.

I've literally had defenders throwing a special into me WHILE THEY'RE STILL STUNNED (not purified, no node interference, they just attack when there's still time left on the stun timer)

I was literally about to make a post on this exact thing. I was fighting something today and holding block until they threw a heavy and the second it was possible to punish the heavy I went in for a combo and somehow started getting combo'd into oblivion. It was so blatantly not correct.

I just did 5 mills in the 6* arena, and experienced:
1. Some of my hits didn’t land, it was just like OP described, it felt like a falter.
2. Defenders threw specials mid combo.
3. The spacing and blocking is somewhat a bit off, especially with Dust and Onslaught…and guess what, there is a lot of Onslaughts in arena atm.

When launching a SP, more often than not, the defender will also slide to cover ground (sometimes up to half a screen) to reach you, even if you stepped back at the beginning of the SP.

You're not crazy. There have been many times where we can't even parry, or complete a combo without the last hit dropping an input, whiffing, and/or everything else.

I've had a defender block my special while mid special and I wasn't even using Spiral this time. Luckily it didn't counter with a 5 piece and a biscuit. And I'm like "thank you for not comboing me into nothingness, but how did you just put up a block in the middle of my special?? 🤔🫠".

I'm just so exahausted of this. I want to enjoy the game more, but how can I when bs like this keeps happening?

You're right over the target.

Those medium dash in's are no longer safe, feels like 30-40% fail.
The opening parry especially is failing quite frequently.
Throwing SPs right after combo as per usual and opponent will block them.

The amount of bugs and the lack of solutions for them with the increasing difficulty is making the game uninteresting to the point that I want to uninstall it and stop playing it completely after these 10 years.

A little more context would help. Which fight, what defender...

All of them bro. Sorry, didn’t think I needed to say that. It’s happened in every type of content and seems to mostly be on dash attacks that would’ve landed just fine for the last 5 years and now all of a sudden the defender is swinging well after they should’ve been tagged and I’m the one taking the contact.

Funnily, yesterday in Arena I had the game cheat and help me out. I dashed in, Defender tried a special intercept. The first hit of the special didn’t do anything to me, so I was able to dex the remaining special hits.

I've posted on a different thread about some hitbox issues I've had with my champs, I had my Spiderham reach further than I thought he should have, then I had a situation where I jumped back, completed the movement, and an enemy SP1 dragged me back to where I was standing before the dash back. I don't think that our characters are always accurately representing where their model is actually stood at the moment, it's the only explanation I have for both my attacks and defender attacks seemingly being off?

i can realize the fights are harder than as usual, even i can not get one points from nodes of alliance war against weak players. Yeah, guys, ready to leave this game, not happy anymore.
