I'm sorry, I'm not native english speaker, let me rewrite my question, enchantress has an unique hability wich allows her to recover any power missed due to habilities that reduce the powermeter, so effects like wither or petrify triguer this hability?.
Since this kind of habilites reduce the power gainen from power gain effects, for example the power gain gained form provocateur nodes.
