Battlegrounds module is missing.

in Bugs and Known Issues
The Battlegrounds season just finished and the pre-season module is not showing for me. I do have a pre-season daily objective present, but no module to participate. Tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling -- no change. I have the latest game version installed.

Not sure that this is, but will appreciate any help.

    Sure, here is the screenshot of my Fight menu with Battlegrounds missing.

    Using an Android phone, Pixel 6A, Android Version 15.

    I should add that something weird happened. I was playing a battleground match until the very last second. In fact, I'm pretty sure that I was in the middle of the match when the season officially ended. When that match was done (I lost rounds 1 and 2), then game went into round 3 and after that it went into a weird game loop. After the game shutdown and such, the pre-season battlegrounds module disappeared.

    Io uso telefono Android, Samsung A34 5G, Android versione 14. Come possiamo risolvere la cosa? Stiamo perdendo i Gettoni Trofeo che ogni giorno possiamo vincere tramite i campi di battaglia.

    I also don’t see the BG option. I also was playing when the season ended and I got stuck in a loop as well.

    This was extra frustrating because I would have been promoted and received the next solo objectives. I didn’t get either of those and can’t even play off season.

    I put a ticket in a couple days ago but it was no help.

    I wanted to mention I also cannot bind / unbind relics. My assumption is this is because the game thinks my champs are still locked in BG.

    I also do not have the BG pre season...and I also finished last season in middle of match and got stuck in the end match loop...also cannot see profiles and duel people in friends list...this game has more bugs right now than it ever has

    Agreed - and the timing is unfortunate… destroying any momentum built during year-end activities.
