Science R3 suggestion

I am in dilemma for my next R3 champion. There is she hulk with her I did 8 solos in necropolis and she saved so many revives. She is absolute beast And in other hand there is Luke Cage who is also great and I like so much playing with him...I have 2 R3 Hulk and photon. Now I am thinking for next R3. I can only do 1 R3 right now in science. Both will R3 eventually but now I need an opinion on who will be the next.

    Guys definitely silk is a great champion and worth R2. Actually I was not counting her because she is not awaken. Otherwise she would be already R3...

    If it's between those two I gave a slight edge to Luke but I see that silk isn't part of the option. She would definitely be my choice.

    Trust me, awakening her is just a bonus. Her damage still slaps. I have r6 silk and would still r3 her as soon as I get her.
