  First focus on hulk.
  Then on kushala.
  Try to avoid taking up 5 stars and only do 6 star if herc or other op champ as said by pt99

  I understand the advice about only focusing on 7* but honestly it might be quite hard to progress and therefore get more 7* heroes without a decent amount of ranked 6*. I find it so annoying when you spend so many resources ranking up a champ to then pull them at the next progression but it's just part of the game and sometimes needs to be done. Although in this specific scenario the 2 7* you have are incredible so probably would be a case of ranking them first.

  If you have 7* worth ranking first, focus on them. Probably an unpopular opinion, but both Galan and Photon are worth ranking up. Photon is still a pain in the a** even at 6*, and Galan doesn't have a 7* and still has his uses. 6* aren't going anywhere yet.
  
  But I do agree that 5* aren't worth it. Even ascended, they're only equal to like a 6R3.

  The two 7* you have are top tier and will be worthwhile to you for a long time. Between them, Kushala will probably be most versatile for general content, so I would focus her first, followed by Hulk.

  Those 6 stars are worth ranking up but not over a 7 star Kushala and a 7 star Hulk. Those two are top tier 7 star champs so focus on those two first. Ranking up 5 star isn't worth it unless those are your top champs.
