I forgot how to send a support ticket can someone help me? I know how to go to the support site but idk which email to contact.

    As long as you don’t use the items you accidentally spent units on, yes

    That offer gradually gives you Units OVER TIME, as you increase your XP Level.
    Could take 1-2 years to get all of it.

    (well, actually the 3 expanded options all open up the same reporting form as original “Request” link, just that those PRE-FILL in the initial TOPIC selection, based on which of the 3 you pressed)

    And of course, there is a whole assortment of Knowledge Base Articles below those new button bars, on that main Support page.
