    His animations are just janky tbh, I think someone else said this, I hate fighting him, worse than QS imo.

    It’s the signature ability. It grants him a potent Physical Resistance passive plus a Reinforce passive

    For the same reason red hulk is offensive dot but venum isn't

    Rhulk should be tagged offensive burst or raw damage because his primary damage isn’t DOT

    Many years ago, back when Rhulk was tagged, Offensive: DoT meant that he was a champion who inflicted a substantial proportion of his damage using a mechanism that wasn't just 'Hit' damage.

    At that time in the game, there were few if any champions whose main damage type was what we'd call "Damage Over Time" (bleed/Degen/whatever). You wouldn't see data like with Chee'ilth or Vox, who inflict 50-60% of their damage as DoT.

    I agree that with the slow shift of game language over time, these days he'd be more accurately characterised as a Raw Damage champion.
