I’ll have to spend a minimum of 35k units, in order to get all 5 7* deathless champs.
I know there was a post from Crashed saying there would be something to earn the missing pieces, but is there an ETA on this?
I really REALLY don’t want to have to spend that much, if I don’t absolutely have to. (In order to finally get a legends banner under my username)

You don't have to spend the units. Deathless champs are exclusive, but by no means needed or required. You also don't need 7* Maestro from Necro exploration...

I say this as a person who missed out on all Deathless champs as well. They aren't needed. They are trophies, and you have unlimited time to obtain them.

I was more so referring to the acquirement of the “Necromaster” title, so I could finally have the legends banner below my profile picture in game.

Also, I have one already and almost 2 of them total. I guess I should’ve worded this post a bit better. I do appreciate your input though, you’re definitely right- but for me personally; I’m too much of a “pay to pimp” player. Lmao

I already have deathless she hulk, and I was one challenge off of getting Deathless vision.
I also have two pieces of both 7* DKG, and Guillotine. So, 5k x 3= 15k, I’d have to do that two times for the rest of the pieces for DKG and Guillotine- so that would then equal 30k.
Add on the final piece I’d need for vision, and that adds another 5k units.
So, 35k units is indeed the minimum I’d need to acquire the others I don’t have.

But if i were you, i would wait for something more reasonable to get deathless pieces and ignore them for now.

I'm someone who didn't try to chase Guilly before yet only need to spend 5k if I want to get her cause I didn't reach GC to get her piece there but I spent 5k units in banquet 2023 and it got me the milestone for her piece, leaving only two permanent content to get pieces from (necro completion and the Guillotine challenge). Curious which of these you've done already?

That's still something, you don't need for life. I understand you want it, so do I, but I felt like it presses on you a bit too much. It's permanent content, and it won't make your account any stronger. Just please approach it calmly and don't stress yourself over it too much

Don't spend ur money on deathless, if u can get them through playing then great, if u can't, forget it cuz they're just regular champs anyway.

They said pieces outside of unit cost be around late 2025 or around 2026

2023 was around the time I moved into my own place for the first time, so I was focusing my funds entirely on that- rather than this game.

I’m in the same boat as you OP - took a long break from the game and came back last year having missed some earlier deathless champs.

Kabam will (rightly) give a period of exclusivity to those who grinded the entire deathless team. We’ll have to be patient and hope we see something later this year.

@Seyuoh One thing to keep in mind dude, it’s not gonna end just there. I have the Necromaster title, like you, after seven years, I too was for sure hunting that badge and when I saw it in the missions, it was like a done deal. I knew I had to go through with it. Let me be the first to tell you though, those runs were not cheap. I would see your 35K units and expect to have to spend in the end about 60k to 75k (pieces plus revives). I totally get wanting that badge, I should have just gotten it like most people during that incursions event but you really gotta ask yourself, is this the legends title that you’re willing to go for?

As an aside though, I will say, the full Deathless Team is just fantastic and my favorite team in the game. I truly hope they have a place they can shine in the future.

The deathless champs were never really a “main” piece of content I feel like. Kabam made it clear that they were really meant to be an additional chase for very endgame players to obtain. Also, there are better and easier ways to get legends title. At this point, Kabam throws them into limited time incursions, special Everest content, etc. Definitely not as difficult to obtain is it once was. By no means do the deathless champs make or break anyone’s roster imo, even thanos. I would give it some time if you want the deathless champs, but otherwise wait for a different opportunity for a legends title if that is what you really want. Lastly, take a look at the deathless challenges you have yet to complete and ensure they are not part of permanent content, although difficult, as many of the deathless challenges are.
