This is getting ridiculous, yesterday i had 42 minutes left on the sigil, i claim the milestones and then i think to myself to renew it. I buy it, being clueless that they will take it down. I send a refund request to the support team and this was their answer. I opened a max sig crystal which was most likley 3 or 4* and based on this they cannot refund me. Bruh, this company would save money if they would just disolve this department, they never get anything done anyway, they are there just to send emails with "we cannot"

    Nothing new here. They make refunds all the time to those that don't use the items they want refunded. Doesn't matter what type of crystal you opened, the fact that you opened it and wanted a refund, which is why you don't get it.

    The popular thing to do is blame them because it's easy, but in this case they are consistent in their rules for refunds. Try being better next time

    That crystal had nothing to do with the sigil, and 1 max sig crystal 4* is woth the amount of the sigil? This is ridiculous

    If you do this, you will get a negative balance of units that can only be resolved by buying units again, so this is a stupid suggestion

    To add to that, resolving negative units can (at least currently) only be done $100 at a time.
