2☆ Scarlet Witch (Sigil) AKA "Sigil Witch" - Possible bug?

I'm curious if anyone in the community has this champion. Or has any clue how she can be obtained at all. I have not been able to locate any possible way to obtain her. I have partaken in every summoner's sigil since it's inception without lapse, and have also completed every marvel insider offer from her release up until the discontinuation of the Kabam relationship with Marvel Insider.
I've tried opening a ticket with Kabam for information on her but more or less just get the generic copy paste template replies.
She was released June 7th 2021 according to: https://marvel-contestofchampions.fandom.com/wiki/Scarlet_Witch
And according to this page there is data and availability for the 2*. At first I just thought the 2* availability display was a bug in the game, but there just seems to be too much information supporting her existence as a 2*, yet I've never met someone with her, or anyone with definitive knowledge on how to get her. I have the 3* - 6*. I'm only missing the 2*.
Any help would be great. I'd love to know if anyone out there has her. Or perhaps Kabam can shed some light on her availability or plans for her release. Maybe it was simply an oversight? I know most people don't care about 2*s

Good shout out though, most people don't even realize those exist.
Coincidentally had an amazing pull today. And note that punisher is available in this months crystal for the first time ever being available outside of the arena crystals. I wish I could buy the cavs with units to pull the 6*
The general rule these days is 2* champs are collector items and are rarely if ever added to the basic pools for any crystal. So the only way to get a 2* version of any champ other than the fixed 2* pool is via special collector crystals (there used to be a way via Marvel Insider before that program was terminated). But Sigil Witch herself was a Sigil exclusive champ. So the most likely reason why she is not available to acquire is that she simply fell into a weird crack in the Venn diagram of champion acquisition rules: as a 2* she is only available in collector crystals, and as a Sigil exclusive she’s only available in the Sigil, and no one made special Sigil-exclusive collector crystals.
If that’s the case, you’re likely never going to get a direct answer to the question of what’s going on with this champion, because the devs as a rule tend not to answer questions for which there is no satisfactory definitive answer. There may simply be no plan to add a way to acquire her, but also no plan to prevent her from being acquired. Saying anything at all would only bind them to a decision they did not make. When there’s no plan, that can literally change at any time, making anything anyone says a false statement literally as they type it.
Unless a dev wants to chime in, this is the only word you’re likely to get on the subject. Repeated berating of the devs in other channels is not going to be looked upon favorably.
