Versus the many ones that have been opponents only, whether permanent (ie, ACT bosses), or just for a month as in Jessica Jones at first, and all the various adaptoids/symbioids/deedpool'oids/etc, not to mention MODOK's lab creations like (forget the actual names, but) Franken-Punisher, Monster-Gwenpool, or other “mash-ups”.

Or those that were just part of story-line, but not one that would actually fight. H.E.R.B.I.E., LockJaw, Chair, etc.

So pin-pointing exactly who is what # is conditional on “what you mean”.

Playable characters and I am pretty sure it was Lady D. She came out on 6/22/23. AbsMan was champ 239 and the first champ released in 2023. So Zemo, then FAM/Cassie, Viv/Kate, Shocker/Sandman, Moondragon/Adam, Dani is 249 and then Lady D is 250.
