  Because you refunded from apple not kabam. If you wanted a refund, you were supposed to go through kabams support line. This is their prevention from being ripped off. It’s automated because apple refunds your money before kabam has a chance to review your account, so they don’t know if you did or didn’t spent the units/whatever you used.
