Which Cosmic to R2?

I hate to have to ask, but I’ve been procrastinating for weeks and now my excess rank material is about to expire. Gorr is my only current rank 2 Cosmic. I’m looking for a generalist champ for Act 9 questing. Any advice much appreciated.
