Should I replace my 6* Photon with my 7* in BG?

This is a question I wonder about every time I get a seven star who isn’t awakened. I didn’t replace my 6*R4 Photon immediately when I pulled my 7* because the 7 wasn’t awakened and ranking up the 7* isn’t where I want to put the resources right now. But now I just pulled a duplicate so my 7 is awakened and has more health and attack power. But the 6*’s signature is 115 and the 7* is only 20 so the numbers are about half are only about half the benefit if the 6*. Obviously the 7* is where I’m going to invest now but is it ready to replace the 6* in BG?

Thoughts?

    I haven't even duped my 7* Photon yet and I already replaced her from my duped 200 6*.

    7 star also has higher challenge rating and combat power rate plus the stat focus

    And change the stat focus

    The 6 star. And keep the stat focus the same

    back when photon was new .. i used 7* unduped successfully until i duped her. these days where people know how to play her... if unduped.. its not worth it.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    I had a similar issue with Bullseye moving from 5 to 6. My 5 was maxed out, awakened at 200, andascend. At that point that was as high as my champs were. I don’t know if Bullseye’s signature is essential or not but I had so many 6*s to rank up I decided I’d wait til he was awakened before tanking the 6* up. Never did get him awakened but last month I pulled a 7*. So awakened or not, it’s time to put that 5* to rest.
