pause 50% health penalty until the server get fixed?

pretty much what the title says.
this way, people will be less upset when the "check your connection" error appears
and to be honest it's very common lately.
appreciate the hard work you were doing trying to solve this problem!

They've already addressed this and said it can't be done while the servers are live and AQ is running

it still happens to me that when i get disconnected or my device dies it takes away 50% of my health but none from the enemy is was fighting

Yes, that is the way that the system works. Game crashes and you take a penalty in health because it assumes that you force closed the game to avoid losing a fight.
