1. The chat is called “global chat” meaning the first amendment yes applies to the USA, yet someone in Canada could be reading, that would be an exception. ( there is no law behind this, yet if I was a lawyer, I’d use this as a point )
2. Statements that could be promoting harm is an exception, considering how you were talking about the cookie person, this also means this right wouldn’t apply.
3. Considering how you spoke in the chat, it could be seen as vulgar, and violent, which makes ANOTHER exception.
