The Bullseye showcase fight I think is a perfect example. The jittery, lag, input fiasco which appears to be a stage issue that’s been known for a while. We get the initial “what’s your device” requests…. People still play along. But it doesn’t take long for it to be evident that it’s not device related. Kabam memory holes the whole thing. The showcase ends soon and the community expectations are:
1) obviously not getting fixed now
2) it will never be mentioned again by Kabam
3) compensation isn’t even in the question.
People who wanted to blast through will. Others will just skip it. But irregardless… Kabam knows and summoners know that fight was bugged and cost players items outside their control.
We have been conditioned. Kabam simply doesn’t view poor gameplay or fight bugs as actionable immediate issues. Summoners stuck in necro with juggy bugged and can’t finish for 2 weeks is just another example. No compensation offered for the lost items due to that mess that required a hotfix. I am kind of curious if there is threshold at all. Doesn’t seem there is a condition these days that would result in even just a couple of revives and health pots as a “sorry, we screwed up” - it’s just part of the MCOC experience going forward.
