Sigil webstore purchase

When does it become available? It's already in game, but there's no place to purchase on webstore. Was hoping for the webstore unit & credit bonus

They can’t always account for massive minute-1 traffic. Give it an hour I bet it’ll clear up.

Also isn't allowing one to purchase the sigil for multiple accounts. Via the web store only in game.

Don’t understand how I can see it when logged out but not logged in. That doesn’t make sense

Maybe you should still place a ticket when the smoke clears? That way you might still be able to purchase from the web store?

I saw nothing in my website store so I bought it in game. It seems that here’s a bug making many of us lose the chance to get extra units and sigil credits. Maybe we need a compensation of them. Otherwise it would hurt we players who are glad to buy sigil at the first time when it launches.

Same thing happened to me. I raised a ticket and awaiting response. In the meantime, I plan on canvelling the subscription because I purchased in-game rather than webstore due to that other bug. When it comes time to renew (if it’s worth renewing) I can then purchase through webstore proper.

How would I make purchases on webstore without an Xsolla account. Man they served dumb cookies and you ate all of them.

If a subscription doesn't show up on Xsolla, it will tell you "Give your purchases some time to appear." So you're either trolling or not reading, your pick.
