Where is the cancel subscription optiom in the webstore? Just bought it, found out its awful and I don't want to pay for next month. Also where are the 600 units for the arena express compensation?
The 600 units went out with the compensation a week or so ago. The comp numbers in the post were updated to reflect the added units.

Go to your Xsolla account, assuming you actually have one, and click on subscriptions to cancel renewal. It's pretty self-explanatory and works just like any other online subscription everywhere else.

First purchase attempt through Apple failed. Restarted… purchase went through - everything still locked. Restarted… everything looks normal now and unlocked

If you purchased on the webstore, you are on an xSolla website. That’s who operates the store. It is branded to be a Kabam MCOC store, but all your purchases are being made with xSolla directly, and only they can manage those purchases. Just like everything you buy in-app is actually going through the App Store vendors. If you subscribe in-game while on iOS, say, then the only way to cancel is through either the Apple site or via subscriptions in your Apple settings on your device. That’s just how purchases work for this and many other mobile games.
If xSolla has no record of your purchase, you will have to open a support ticket with them.

Question for a subscription to work, you would have to have a payment information saved into Xsolla correct? Some people don't save and just enter it everytime. Could it be affecting some of those players?

Yeah, I don't think the deals are amazing, but I was sitting at like 300 sigil credits already before signing up, and also had saved stuff to trade up for (T3A for T4A, 6 star for 7 star, etc.).

It's $10 for: 375 units + 80 units from the weekly bundles = 455 units 2800 7* crystal shards from the weekly bundle (and other lesser stuff) 75 sigil credits which buys like 25 Level 2 revives or something else if you choose Access to trade in store but that's probably only like useful once every 3 months or longer for me Access to the Black Iso Market: I haven't looked at it yet, but seems like people aren't loving it.
I'm android and got it to work Log out and press to buy It will bring you to login screen log in You should get a red box error message saying can purchase it when available again. Press to buy again and it should let you.
This worked for me for some reason. Close out the stores page from your phone. Clear your browser history of it. And go back and log in again. Purchase option was there
This use to cost gold. Now it's cost 50% of my monthly sigil credits? I wouldn't complain if we still had 2 different types of sigil credits. Which is another thing. I used to get 105 total credits and now it's down to 75. This nerfed or am I missing somthing?

Yeah, except on one thing. There service is flawed. A purchase history is not accurate, and is asking me to find the purchase ID and put it in for them to add it who knows where or when. It should not let you buy the subscription if you already have the subscription. However, I tested this myself and it seems the web store is not locking this out properly. I do not recommend buying from both sources because you can only get the benefits once, and you’ll end up having to refund one of the two subscription purchases.
