When does it become available? It's already in game, but there's no place to purchase on webstore. Was hoping for the webstore unit & credit bonus

Also where are the 600 units for the arena express compensation?
The 600 units went out with the compensation a week or so ago. The comp numbers in the post were updated to reflect the added units.

No compensation was received if you didn't have an actual subscription. Why troll around like this? If you think the sigil isn't worth it, fair enough, but find something better to do with your time than this.

Go to your Xsolla account, assuming you actually have one, and click on subscriptions to cancel renewal. It's pretty self-explanatory and works just like any other online subscription everywhere else.

First purchase attempt through Apple failed. Restarted… purchase went through - everything still locked. Restarted… everything looks normal now and unlocked

If you purchased on the webstore, you are on an xSolla website. That’s who operates the store. It is branded to be a Kabam MCOC store, but all your purchases are being made with xSolla directly, and only they can manage those purchases. Just like everything you buy in-app is actually going through the App Store vendors. If you subscribe in-game while on iOS, say, then the only way to cancel is through either the Apple site or via subscriptions in your Apple settings on your device. That’s just how purchases work for this and many other mobile games.

If xSolla has no record of your purchase, you will have to open a support ticket with them.

Its not even worth it to purchase… i have purchase it and everything u can get u must buy it sith sigil points and you only get 60 of it each month.. so if u should save al 60. Sigils u have after one year just 1 titan 🤣

Question for a subscription to work, you would have to have a payment information saved into Xsolla correct? Some people don't save and just enter it everytime. Could it be affecting some of those players?

Yeah, I don't think the deals are amazing, but I was sitting at like 300 sigil credits already before signing up, and also had saved stuff to trade up for (T3A for T4A, 6 star for 7 star, etc.).

Not sure if I will keep the subscription or not.
It's $10 for:
375 units + 80 units from the weekly bundles = 455 units
2800 7* crystal shards from the weekly bundle (and other lesser stuff)
75 sigil credits which buys like 25 Level 2 revives or something else if you choose
Access to trade in store but that's probably only like useful once every 3 months or longer for me
Access to the Black Iso Market: I haven't looked at it yet, but seems like people aren't loving it.

You should get a red box error message saying can purchase it when available again.
Press to buy again and it should let you.

This worked for me for some reason. Close out the stores page from your phone. Clear your browser history of it. And go back and log in again. Purchase option was there

This use to cost gold. Now it's cost 50% of my monthly sigil credits? I wouldn't complain if we still had 2 different types of sigil credits.
Which is another thing. I used to get 105 total credits and now it's down to 75. This nerfed or am I missing somthing?

Yeah, except on one thing. There service is flawed. A purchase history is not accurate, and is asking me to find the purchase ID and put it in for them to add it who knows where or when.
If I buy it thru google I go to my google account and there it is, cancel subscription
The least the webstore could have is a direct link to the Xsolla wallet. This is seriously half assed for a subscription that took who knows how much time to prepare for.
A transaction company that process a transaction, saves the means of payment for recurring transactions and when you go to your history it doesn't show is not really trustworthy.

It should not let you buy the subscription if you already have the subscription. However, I tested this myself and it seems the web store is not locking this out properly. I do not recommend buying from both sources because you can only get the benefits once, and you’ll end up having to refund one of the two subscription purchases.
