No. You got it wrong. This is just early information. On Wednesday-Thursday, the mcoc account will announce the broadcast and what it will include. At least that's how it was before.
Let's see if that actually happens. Last time they didn't make any announcements. If you went to thew MCOC YT you saw the scheduled live notification. On Twitch, Discord, X, here was nothing official, just other gamers posting about it.

Yeah you're right.if they are going to post on Twitter, atleast post it on kabam official Twitter page.

We normally post on our community channels a little closer to the stream. Perhaps we can switch that order moving forward. Thanks for the feedback.

Is there any harm in announcing a week in advance and then again 24 or 48 hours from event?

Dork, there's no chance we'll get a Narrative Roadmap on this livestream on Friday? At least it's not written in the stream notes... Will we have to wait even longer for the first half of the year roadmap to appear, or will there be no roadmap at all?

Biggest problem we have run into is if we announce too soon then there's a bit of a lull and too much time for hype/attention to die/move on. That said we can do some more experimenting with doing both as you suggest like Dave said!

If early what about just a few hints describing them? So it doesnt give them away until the week u want to reveal the champs

Zola will be a super good attacker, not as well as a defender but will have a modok style autoblock with high evade

falcon will actually be somewhat good, he will have multiple furies that are potent, and he just hits hard. He still has his lock on.

The falcon will probably have an injury debuff and mechanics tied to its bird (aggressive) instincts.

At least as far as I understand he has arms (and they weren't in the trailer), so it's probably a more canonical image. And judging by the screen design, it looks like Arnim Zola from the comic book series about the Z Dimension
