7* AG Offer

At first I thought, $50 to awaken a 7 I've been trying to awaken for months, hmmm, that's steep but kind of tempting in a desperate way, too.

Then I saw it was only for 1k AG shards. So only $500 to get the whole gem.

Yet people will buy it. If it's not for you, move on. Outside of 9.99 for this month, I have moved away from spending. Only reason for that is for arena express/inventory increase which is more about the convenience than anything else. I'm not a whale and I don't push in a top 20 alliance, so no reason for me to spend on the game.

It’s like asking $100k for a 2017 corolla with 100k miles.

You do it in the hopes that someone out there has no idea of the value.

I’m sure they will sell a few, but placing a value of $500 per awakening is flat out absurd.

Nope. Not at all. A little less than $500 extrapolated value for a single 7* AG crystal. That’s pretty rich.

I have 5000 shards right now and buying this would put me at 9000. I would be tempted but the fact they couldn't sell 5k when NO ONE has 6k bothers me enough not to biy

first cyber weekend then banquet...then milking it for as much money as possible through regular deals which is where we are now and then eventually for less money and eventually maybe crumbs of it in content. they can't skip any steps or they lose money.

Yeah, I hear you. I'd be tempted by an offer of a full AG & 15 sig stones for $50. You'd be tempted by an offer of 1/2 an AG & 60 sig stones for $200.

The offer is pretty shocking, not going to lie, but you're obviously correct that this is what they have to do.
And the way they're drip feeding both the T7B and 7AG mats, it's just making me think that 6As are going to be viable for a lot longer than some people would like to believe.
I mean, a max sig 6A is no slouch compared to an unduped 7R3 of the same champ. So if it's $3000 to get one champ to 7R4, and $500 to awaken them, then I'll just keep ranking up my 6s until I see more widespread availability of 7 rank up mats.
