So, I live in Canada (Thank God). Does that mean the price of unit packs will go up by 25% depending on what Trump decides to tax?

Or because KABAM is a Canadian company I'm good but the rest of y'all are screwed? I genuinely don't know.....

I don't think digital purchases fall under the umbrella of imported and exported goods. Really wouldn't worry about it.

the tariffs are being implemented so the US relies on the US and not outdoor country’s, meaning anything imported from any other country would be charged with tariffs, yet since units or anything digital and not physical aren’t imported, units and most of anything else like a digital gift card won’t be charged with tariffs

A tariff is a tax that is traditionally imposed at the point of crossing the border. It’s like paying for admission to the country. Only physical goods do that, and so a tariff, even a blanket tariff that applies widely rather than to a specific item, would not apply to digital goods.

This. It applies to imports and exports. Here in Canada, we're only subjected to the Digital Sales Tax, along with local sales tax applied by the platforms.

The WTO has had a moratorium on customs duties on digital/electronic goods and transactions since the late 1990s. So tariffs would have no impact unless that moratorium stops being renewed by the WTO or the US decides to leave the WTO.

Totally get it. Lots of thoughts and feelings right now, I’m not faulting anybody for venting when it gets brought up (lord knows I’ve annoyed plenty of people in Line chats lately 😂). Anyways, as to tariffs only on goods when they cross the border. But what if you are buying direct from China (or Canada/Mexico, etc, any that the Tariffs actually apply to) on Amz or such. Hasn’t crossed yet at the time you pay. So would sellers just up their price on listing/shipping, knowing that they will have to pay the tariff once it is actually shipping thru postal ?

And is there difference between Postal (delivering straight to customers), vs Freight (delivering in quantity to distributors or store, etc) ??
