Hi @KabamPinwheel linked my Twitch with my Mcoc Account and appeared that I had claimed, but in game nothing received yet.
And as you're here, I beg you to pass to the game team that we cant swipe friends list or even click on profiles. Take a look It will be great a fix for next update

Last month's stream I remember you could watch later and get the rewards. Did they change that for this stream? You have to watch it live? That would be pretty harsh....

And for that reason, I won't be attending future live streams. Not that I was present in this one, I was with family this time but. I'll live.
@KabamPinwheel just opened a support ticket through Kabam about my missing twitch drop. The ticket auto closed and they sent me an email saying Kabam cannot validate reports of any missing twitch drops and that this is twitch's problem. First of all lol. Secondly that's not true at all and not how twitch drops work. Any way to expedite this since going through support was not the best option. I can submit screenshots of my twitch and Kabam account being linked and the drops being claimed but still have no received any rewards in game. Please and help would be great.

Yeah that's what I told support also apparently they don't know how twitch drops work. Twitch isn't responsible for replacing the rewards from drops in game after they have been claimed. The rewards themselves are literally coming from the game itself. Twitch support is literally just going to say the drop has been claimed which is has. Kabam is responsible for the rewards in their own game. I told them in my supp ticket and they told me to contact twitch lmao. So obviously the twitch drop from yesterday during the Livestream was **** and fake and was just advertising to get people to watch the Livestream. This is apparent since Kabam doesn't know how twitch drops work. Don't waste time on drops in the future for this game learned my lesson.

Oh no, how will you ever survive without a few revives, energy refills, and reunion crystals. Really game breaking stuff there.

They obviously *want* people to watch the livestream so they give an incentive to those who did, but they can’t make them substantial because that wouldn’t be fair. I think it’s totally fine - and I say that as someone who watched the stream and claimed the drops but never even got them.)

So that’s why I haven’t gotten any either. Literally their entire system has been a joke.
Having to go to a different website and log in with my account to enter a giveaway, claiming twitch drops that aren’t even real. I’d think the giveaways are literally a joke too but I’ve seen some of those people in the game so I guess those are real.

I have seen a single screenshot from someone and a single verbal confirmation from one other.
Besides that, every person I’ve talked to or heard from hasn’t gotten it.
@KabamPinwheel I still haven't received any of the twitch drops in game and also 2 days in a row now the 24 hr daily store crystal from the store page doesn't show up in game either lol can we fix any of the free rewards not working?
@KabamPinwheel the issue I have with the system is that it penaltises anyone living in apac or has to work during the streams.. The code system is fair.. Allows for anyone that can't watch due to timezone or work to participate. I understand the rewards are not game breaking or that great but its a question of inclusion of all that plays this game.. not just the ones in the same timezone or not at work.
