Unable to login - Day 4
Since the new content drop on Wednesday, I have been unable to login and get a "disconnect" message on the second loading screen. Seems there are a few people having this problem in the bugs and known issues page on forums.
Started a ticket with Kabam Support which recommended uninstalling the game, restarting my device, and then trying to reinstall. After that didn't work, they said they cannot help me with my device. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 18.3, so it seems difficult to say that should work.
So far I've tried the following with no success:
- Multiple WiFi networks and cellular networks
- Uninstalling and reinstalling game
- Using a vpn to test connections from other countries
- Logging out of Game Center
- Opening on my iPad Pro
- Resetting all my device's network settings
- Checking to see if other games give me network disconnect issues (they work perfectly fine)
I understand it is now the weekend so I'm not expecting an immediate answer, but not getting a reply from support yesterday and no acknowledgment of the issue by the game team is getting frustrating.
I am hoping that this may help to get more visibility than the multiple posts started in the bugs and issues pages since there are multiple players reporting this issue.
