Bug in Act 5 - Vision AOU

He ain't doing the 400% damage on his specials 1 and 2.

Not sure if it's because of the power burn or not, but it 100% isn't working.

Please look into it

I think it is because of the power burn may only get 400% damage first specials from visions Special attack 3

Both Visions have this against them in those quests; their specials 1 and 2 deal 0 damage. What they do is apply a Power Burn effect which then does damage based on amount of power burned, and that calculation seems to occur after any damage boosts are applied to actual Special damage, which in this case is nothing. Unlike Bleed and such, Power Burn is not an applied effect, so won't get boosties. AFAIK, YMMV, etc .

Okay so all power burn damage is essentially the same in how it works

Say I have an L1 that can burn 100% of the enemy power and convert it into 100% of my attack in direct damage
If I only drain 41% of their power I can only deal 100% of 41% meaning I'd only deal 41% of my attack

Believe it or not, vision actually received a buff with 12.0. His 2nd special, draining 100% power used to deal a max of 2250 damage. Now he deals significantly more. It's pretty nice actually. Lol

Yeah I love Vision! Sucks on that 1 specific quest, but hey - every tool has its purpose
