    She does have some good damage in any matchups, just in Cosmic matchups she goes God mode.

    This is FALSE

    she is not that good only against buff immune champs she is great everywhere else

    if you play her correctly and get the spells up you begin to place more ignition buffs resulting in more power and more specials

    I am not going to rank 4 her cause she doesn’t really need the extra rank she can do what she is currently doing even at rank 3

    Half true mate

    She is terrible in buff immune matchup, and such champs are very less in game
    She is terrible if champs can shrug off the debuffs unless its passive. And such match ups are very less.
    Having both conditions in same match is also very rare.

    she puts buffs by her own attack, so unless above conditions kicks in, she will wreck most of the fights.

    I have no regrets in taking her to R3. She's good with many of the Fights I encounter. It's just that no Champ is good for everything. We need options.

    What wonder are you talking about? My rintrah still won't crit half of thr time. He's still super unreliable on attack against a non cosmic champ.

    Top 3 mystic. Only weakness is against buff immune. Prioritize stacking spells first. Heal on parries, infuriate without debuffs or passive, block unblockables, anti heal/power gain, increased AA. She pairs well with most masteries.

    She places buffs on defenders so she's not only good against buff heavy defenders.

    Kushala is a less effective Chavez, but ONLY because Chavez only has ONE down side, stun immune. other than that, she’s absolutely always worth the resources.(please don’t nerf either)

    yes, seeing her go nuts in buff heavy environments is what you want.but unless they’re buff immune completely, she’s gonna do work. the passive stuff (AA, block regen, block unblockable, AI manipulation) isn't as im[rssive when you can’t do ANYTHING with buffs but is still sneaky good, do not undersell it.
