Depends. I usually go for titan shards but if i'm specifically chasing a rank up I'll go for the T6CC

Same here. The Titan shards will add up but ultimately it's random what champion you are going to get. The t4a fragments are guaranteed value.

7* sig stones typically. But if I’m approaching a Titan crystal or t4a then I’ll choose either of those.

As a Valiant i now started picking the 7* sig stone…T4A frags is getting more accessible, and the titans are pure garbage atm.

7* sig stones that are not limited to certain champs, still has limited access, and higher prestige to please my own ego sounds great.

I was doing T4A fragments but now I have quite a few R3s and some of them need sigs bad, so I might switch to sigs.
Which is funny, because I quit sigs years ago when my wife got on my case about it.
