4* Rank Up Advice

I'm at the point in the game where I don't really care to rank up any 4* champs unless they will help me complete Act 5. Are any of these 4* worth taking to rank 5? I already have Gwenpool as a 5*. Dormammu and Doc Oc are the main two I'm considering because I've heard very good things about them. Any advice?

Dormammu has immunities, so is helpful

I like Nebula for her immunities and if played right a ton of shock damage. I also really like doc oct, which doesn't have to be duped to be good.

Thank you guys! I have a 5* Magik unduped, so she will probably go to R3 over Dormammu 4* R5. I also have Ultron 4* maxed for immune champ.
