Epoch first run advice

Planning on doing my first epoch run, the Cassie path
Going with serpent, bullseye and kate.

1.is this a good team or should I replace anyone?
2. Should I turn off my suicide/recoil masteries?
3. What's the best approach?

    Turn off suicides for sure. It's long fights. And especially with Ares, since you'll degen anyway, suicides will hurt a lot.

    Bullseye can take Cassie. Spam sp1 and you don't have to worry about evade or miss.

    The path node requires you to dash back as the timer ends. Get a practice of that and you should be good to go.

    I did that path initial run with serpent, and while i did fine, i highly recommend doing nebula path first

    Literally any rarity sentry clears the entire lane, ideally your highest rarity of course. It will be less costly on lane, and you can get a good feel for ares. Cassie lane may be very costly for an initial run, which can be discouraging when fighting ares. I know from experience.

    Serp daddy gets a perm True Focus from any special, but dropping an L1 gets it up soonest. indefinite until you get hit, not with just L1 spam.

    Yep, I was suggesting g sp1 spam to help him avoid the global power drain node.

    It’s been said by others OP, but this lane is no joke. Either of the outside lanes are much more forgiving, IMO.

    @ChaosMax1012 mate does sentry have to be awakened?

    I have a 6* and unawakened 7*, who should I rankup for this path mate?

    Yes I do 7R3 photon mate, so my team will be photon, sentry and silk or omega sentinel?

    I just did this Cassie path yesterday. MCOC Noob as usual has a great YT vid on it.

    I used all 7*s, R3 duped Serpent, R3 duped Venom, and R2 duped Chee'ilth. Chee'ilth was terrific for Heimdall thanks to Grit (bypass Heimdall unstoppable on last hit of your SP1, so no need to intercept his heavies, bleeds great for battery charge).

    Definitely do the nebula path with 7* sentry. You don’t even need to rank him up. Just level him up at rank 1. He can take everyone except destroyer. I’d suggest bringing photon for destroyer and photon. For your last spot, if you have a miss counter for northstar, that would be preferred because then you can pushing after his specials. It’s possible to do him without a miss counter, but that would make the fight a lot easier.

    One last thing, I suggest distinguishing Ares special 1 and 2 based on the amount of times his eyes flash. Was some videos to see what exactly that looks like. I didn’t do that my first run, and it took 30ish revives. The second time I used that tip and it took 15-20.

    I used
    6r3 sentry 7r3 phton (and r3 redskull for ares.)
    I was just comfortable with redskull and his tankiness on path 1 run.
    Nebs- Sentry solo
    NS- Phton solo
    Midstroyer- Phton solo
    Photon- Photon solo
    Adam- Sentry solo(imma call it solo, he special intercepted me at 4%)
    Aegon 5 revives (lol)

    Nebula- Sentry (5 revives)
    Northstar- Photon (1 revive)
    Destroyer- silk solo
    Photon- Photon (2 revives)
    Adam- Sentry (5 revives)
    Aegon- silk photon sentry (3 revives)

    Ares - silk (revives well I lost count, around fifty approx)
