This is classic. Almost everyone complains about Tech, Mutant and Skill being weak 7* classes... then promptly vote Mystic and Cosmic champs. Haha.

Anyways, hulking would be an instant rankup. His loop is so clean and consistent his animations feel so smooth and he can do alot.
I don't know why people think he's broken.
