Level 62 not fixed with update

No rewards for me and I just finished yesterday. Same issue. Level 62 rewards did not drop.

I just leveled up to 62 and got everything, but I never got the level 62 congratulations popup showing all the rewards. Even when I changed screens and restarted my game, it never appeared. All of the rewards and units are in my inventory, so at the end of the day it worked. Still messy though.

That’s from you buying the unit rewards for leveling up. You have to check your inventory to see if you got the actual level 62 rewards. Look for the 2* Lab Ultron.

That’s from you buying the unit rewards for leveling up. You have to check your inventory to see if you got the actual level 62 rewards. Look for the 2* Lab Ultron.

Is your tier 5cc inventory? 20 or it stil bugged mine is 19 because of sigil

T5CC is at 19, more reasons to be compensated 😤 (got a sigil too)

Understood, but I just leveled up today after people said it was fixed and it’s not. While I did get the units, profile pic and Ultron I did not get the T5CC inventory upgrade.

So don’t level up yet. It’s not fully fixed

That’s a a whole different issue and way better to fix so lvl up wouldn’t matter to much there

Any update on what’s going on with this? I leveled up this morning and got some of the rewards, but the T5CC inventory upgrade never changed on my account. It should be 20 and I’m still at 15. So that’s still bugged

I just reached it around midnight my time as i had time to pass so ran through eq and the gauntlet fun month taking a break from eq was nice

I also reached level 62 last March 6 but the only reward I received was the increase of quest energy limit to 71. I already submitted a ticket to Kabam immediately. The rest of the rewards are still not in my account as of now.
