  This is a perfect demonstration of the issue
  
  There was another thread recently where people commented they "felt" the intercept would connect, but it didn't. This is the most explicit way the issue can be noticed, since in many other instances where the opponent throws a medium it's impossible to really tell if something went wrong given the speed of the attack

  Might be two unrelated issues, but user-inputted medium attacks have been very inconsistent for a while now, and it seems to me like this is just an extension of that issue rather than being unique to Peni or NTW

  I’ve just understood that I wrote incorrectly. It is just about countering heavy attack.
  Cannot change discussion topic now.

  This update is full of bugs. I played EQ and used a teleporter. I found out that I can use the teleporter AGAIN after the teleport to get to the place before. I was able to teleport myself back and forth. It’s crazy at this point

  Peni definitely has a whiff problem. Had the same this week with Arcade. Was attempting to punish special with heavy and the hit just goes right through the opponent.
