To me it looks more like the person who did all that wasn't JLord but this David guy with an alt account, are you sure that account and post were from JLord? Someone pointed out the David account commented on that post literally 2 minutes after and both accounts were created the same day. This David guy just looks like the final boss of forums trolls to me.
That's what I posted on the second page. The only reason why I do NOT think so anymore is JLord has been absent the days before this post and has been ever since.
I have a theory. What if evildavid was jlord's "family member" Who hacked his id?

That's dedication, and would make all of this spam worth it imo.

The forums would be really quiet. I normally post more than twice every 24 hours because there are lots of different threads I want to comment on. It would be really annoying if I had to pick and choose what threads to comment on.

It wouldn’t make sense for me to be able to post a new discussion, then be unable to reply to more than one person per day. I’ve also tried to troubleshoot other players’ issues, and in doing so I’ve had to ask and follow up on many different posts in rapid succession.

A limit on the number of new threads a player could post does make some sort of sense, as starting all-new discussions is something most people don’t need to start more than a few completely different discussions at any one particular time. However, there are exceptions, so a limit on that would have to be very carefully considered.

Forum Guardians are volunteers that are not paid by Kabam nor are they employees. Giving the guardians the power to ban forum posters would be a non-trivial step to take. It is one thing for a guardian like me to delete a post or lock a thread. However, actually banning a forum participant is a much more serious step, and Kabam would be responsible for any decision we make that affects one of their players in that way. But we aren’t sitting in the community meetings, we aren’t being given directives from legal, we don’t necessarily know or can accurately represent the tenor and positions of the Kabam staff when it comes to what defines bannable conduct. That’s not the kind of power to be handed out lightly.

Guardians were recently given the power to close threads and delete posts on the forums. Kabam will probably want to see how that works out for a while before extending those powers further. The Discord moderators do have the power to ban abusive Discord members, so this is not without precedent, but the real-time nature of the Discord makes that delegation of authority all but necessary. Whether that ultimately extends to the forums is something we’ll have to see.

I was referring to creating a post or thread as you may call it here. Commenting is one thing but creating multiple "threads" a day feels a bit excessive to me.

We really do live in different parts of the world, don't we? So only one person could think to themselves "perhaps what he meant was comment at will but make no more than two posts/threads/discussions (or whatever you wish to call it)"?

Of course the forums wouldn't make sense if commenting on posts was restricted.
