Question about the Supreme growth unit bundle

Has anyone actually bought this after being level 61-62 and if yes did you receive the units for those levels?
Asking just incase there is a fancy word playing happening because we are technically on our way to level 63. Would be good to clarify.

Yes you do get them in a mail but probably require a restart of the game. For the mail to show up.
