Why don't the 5-star champions have lights in the game?

In the game, all the champions inside their icons are illuminated in the color of the frame, from 1 to 6 except 5. It would be nice if they also got a nice red undertone. Moreover, if we consider various promotional materials, 5 of them draw a reddish background as in the picture below.
