I think we need to lower the price of tier 4 alpha and seven star shards and add in tier 7 basic, seven star sig stones, and titan shards.

Definitely YES! like 8-10 months ago. they are late, i guess to prolong the lifespan of 7 stars before 8 stars start popping out sooner than later.
