    I'm still not seeing the crystals in the war rewards and haven't at any point. I wasn't too bothered because they normally only give 4/5* champs but pulled a 7* Storm from one the other day that I got free from the webstore so now i'd really like them to fix this! :D

    i just got 3 of those crystals from off season wars, to my surprise i pulled 7* Adam Warlokck , still shocked about it.

    I opened a ticket regarding this issue, but it was immediately closed by the support team without any response. I plan to move my friend's alliance, but I have to wait now because I don't want to miss out in case any compensation is handed out.

    NO update for me either, I'm guessing they'll wait for the off season to be over before counting and sending comps.

    Trust me I was getting 5 star from those crystals but it was a fresh surprise for aw I was enjoying in winning the wars in off season just to get those crystals imagine getting a free 7 star from those crystals after doing heavy lifting in war to make it for you
    I wish they add those again if not 7 star there is iso atleast

    My compensation email was blank with no items attached to it. When I restarted my app, I had ONE couples crystal in my rewards stash. So is that all we get? I definitely earned more than one crystal during the time they were being rewarded but bugged. I didn’t get a single crystal from War at all.

    Pretty sure this crystal was for out First was this season last week where it was messed up. Tbey gave couple crystal as a sorry. No word on the comp off the last season for all of us who got scammed tho. Ain’t no way this is it as everyone got it including my friends ally’s who had no glitch and got proper ones last season. So let’s hope this is the case and real comp is still coming. I n ow tbey did speak on first was was a mess. So hoping this is what the comp was for otherwise this is super messed up.
