Deathless Thanos is not working for Gwen. Panic doesn't last long enough to do anything meaningful, unless I'm doing something wrong. But I'm blocking to trigger Unstoppable (which triggers panic) and throwing a basic, and then an SP1 immediately, but panic doesn't pause, meaning out of the 5 seconds I get, almost all of them are spent in the SP animation.
Is yours high sig? Mine was max so it lasted a good amount of off time
I didn't even notice he had to be Awakened....now I think I'm screwed for Domino 😭
What's your team, it shouldn't be that big a deal.(Hopefully)

I used your exact team, except Sinister and Thanos aren't Awakened. But, it's all good. Sinister worked very well. One SP1 cycle would take off about 35%, so it only took 3 revives to get her down.
It's my fault for not paying more attention haha. Your write up is gold though. Up through Ibomb, I've solo'd about half the fights. Gwen, was the biggest sticking point. Most other fights were only a revive or two. Entering the final stretch now, so fingers crossed haha
This is extremely tempting to copy your strat. I have every Champ you used at R3 (except Sinister who is R1). Would an R2 Sinister work? Or could he even be replaced with someone else?
Question about Onslaught for Doom - I know you mention the standard Onslaught fight, but I've given it a try a few times and Doom's Aura really messes with my timing of neuroshocks, pausing, and specials.
Did you just push to SP2 and get the dex down, or is there some other strategy?

In my run I’ve had a few times where I simply heavied into the aura and let him resist the knockdown, I got to maintain my DOTs and Doom often didn’t punish me that hard for it (keep in mind that Onslaught takes no damage from incinerate or shock and heals from them via willpower). Doom’s the first fight of the run so I really didn’t mind being risky, if you die you just restart and lose almost no progress.
If you do want to be safe though, keep in mind that Doom’s aura doesn’t pause during specials and Onslaught has intentionally long specials designed to leverage his DOTs and daunted. If you heavy cancel into sp1 while the aura is active, the aura often expires before the last hit lands so Doom doesn’t get to resist the knockdown but you get to refresh the DOT pause and deal some extra damage. Often worth holding onto a sp1 for a bit to take advantage of this fact if Doom feels particularly sp1-happy.

I feel Sinister is better for doom after tried some times
Done with a solo revive and a team revive. Only used some of your team but advice was very useful.
My counters…
Ordeal:
Doom – Onslaught Terrax – Onslaught Vision – DSHulk MODOK – Onslaught Ham – Serpent Weapon X – OS Thing – Void Korg – Onslaught (*) Dragon Man – DSHulk Black Panther CW – Serpent Nightcrawler – Serpent Spider-Gwen – Serpent Domino – OS Mojo – DShulk Ibom – DShulk Apocalypse – OS Sassy – DSHulk Killmonger – Onslaught/Serpent (team) Void – Onslaught Nick Fury – Onslaught Nameless Thanos – team but mostly Serpent
Probably could have done without revive on Korg, but suddenly couldn’t parry and got clipped with ~33% health left on him. KM revive was also avoidable but by then I was headed to the homestretch and didn’t care.

That's a nice team. I wish my void was awakened. What were the pulls?

Tech AG (one of my most wanted) plus these. More sigs on Chavez and you and I are talking Gentle in another thread 😂

What Squid said. I sometimes threw sp1 into the aura or even into a block, just to keep the neuros going. I also usually went to sp3 first to get a few dozen neuros going as a base.
Sp3 is really your friend throughout the fight though. Will refresh the neuros that are active when you throw it, and you get a power back type effect so if you throw it with some neuros already active, it won’t cost three bars. I was getting stressed trying to nail the perfect sp2 rotation and get the 20 degens. I found with throwing the sp3 occasionally, I could get him up to 30-40 neuros, which did a find job of chipping him down.

Thank you for this bit of info. As you & others have mentioned, I too struggled trying to get the as close to perfect sp2 onslaught rotation & have been failing miserably. I'm been contemplating bring Overseer mainly for Doom, but that messes with my overall team planning
Nefaria is a solid replacement for Ham. He can do sassy, dragon man, mojo and killmonger extremely well. If you don't have deathless thanos, serpent is a great choice, he can do many fights. His evade also act as an intercept for thanos final phase
Also, if you have done the GM gauntlet before, this ordeal will be much easier as you should know exactly what to do. They are just beefier healthpool with higher attack rating
how can nefaria deal with killmonger ... im stuck there and got R3 Nefaria in my team
Finished my run today using the same team as OP but I screwed around with some of the attackers so didnt follow the exact order.
Got a few solos which was good, had a few very expensive fights which was bad (looking at you Spider Gwen)
First two paths were awful, second two fine. I lost a few solos due to stupid parry timing (my fault, turns out 38 coffees isn't the ideal prep) and Thanos being out in the world made him a lot easier to fight than the first times way back when.
After Epoch and this, I hope there is no end game long form content coming for a little while, I'm a bit burned out and my reflexes aint what they were when I first started playing.
Cost wise, not telling, but I would purchase the rewards for that amount of units every day of the week.
Thanks for the write up @Average_Desi it was very helpful!

@phillgreen I'm curious, why was Psider Gwen bad? Was Thanos unawakened?

Rank 4 and sig200.
Just couldn't get in the groove, it seemed like Gwen evaded out of everything but I'm also terribly impatient on occasion.

@altavista since the magentisms reduce ability accuracy you can occasionally still heavy into the aura
