Planning an Ordeal run WITHOUT Onslaught and Serpent

I’m working on planning my ordeal run, but don’t have Serpent as a 7* and don’t have my 7* Onslaught awakened or ranked (as I have a 6*R5A Max Sig). I see many people recommending those two champs for a large number of the fights, but I know many are in a similar situation to me. So, thought I would open a thread for those of us who are Onslaught/Serpent challenged.

My current plan is this team:

With Sinister likely being ranked up to R4 with my R4 Mutant gem. He is max sig. Given this, I’m going to work to use him on as many fights as possible.

My fight plan:
Doom - Sinister
Terrax - Wiccan or Sinister
Vision - DSH
Modok - Bullseye
Spam - Bullseye
WeaponX - Mr Sinister
Thing - Mr Sinister or DSH
Korg - Mr Sinister
Dragonman - DSH
BPCW - Wiccan
Nightcrawler - Mr Sinister or Bullseye
Spidergwen - Bullseye
Domino - Howard the Duck
Mojo - DSH
IBom - DSH
Apoc - Howard the Duck or Mr Sinister
Sassy - DSH
Killmonger - Howard the Duck
Void - Bullseye
Fury - Mr Sinister
Thanos - DSH

I haven’t run regular Gauntlet, so don’t have a ton of experience with the fights - so welcome any input on the above. Otherwise, thought those of us without Onslaught and Serpent could help each other out with some planning.

DHS joined many fights on the list. who can replace DHS ? (i dont have DHS)

i used overseer who took sassy(need at least 2/3 despair), ibom, dragon man, vision, mojo and spam.

Overseer took Vision? How'd you play around surging vengeance node? Destroyer synergy or was his kit taunt good enough? Been trying onslaught against doom & it's been ineffective. Much rather bring overseer. Who else did you bring?

I used medusa for that fight on the actual run because it's easier but I've seen someone do him w overseer.
Just search up R4 overseer solos ordeal on yt and it'll come up.

Just finished this now,..one Serpent but no Onslaught.
Was struggling to find a counter for Terrax,..Count Nefaria nuked him.
Team was : Shuri, NTW, Serpent, Chi’eelth and Nefaria.
Nexus Titan was a win with Zola,..was a fun quest. 👍

Serpent can be much helpfull, but Onslaught can be replaced with many other options. Be careful with Sassy, he can become a roadblock if you do not prepare for him, "Despair" mastery, a Suitable science champ should be there.

Sinister is very helpful too, you can be easy to have a solo with Doom and Terrax (get full HP after the fight if you have WillPower), and when fighting the last boss, it is very funny when thanos give many bleed debuffs on him, then he returns crazy Degen back to thanos.

Yup. And keep an eye on his rock stacks to occasionally bait a special. But didn’t have to do that very often as he melted pretty fast.

And it's also nice that he can block unblockable attacks (I don't think I used it, but it was nice to have).

You'll need someone that can stop regen otherwise U won't be able to beat sassy.
(I'm not too sure ABT ironhearts kit but if she can then you'll be fine)

Should I get the despair mastery for this? If it works, would Ironheart and Onslaught work?
