Kabam doesn’t help with anything.

So I had an issue with my account where my younger brother used all my resources and my rank up gem from Epoch of pain. I submitted a request for help to solve this issue and return the items used. Their answer after going round and round in a circle is “screw you, deal with it, and you’re stuck with the champion that was mistakenly taken up”. Kabam will do nothing to help. I’m making this discussion because I want to see if there is other players out there that have had mistakes happen with zero forgiveness from Kabam.

Once a champ is leveled up, there's no going back. Kabam forgives plenty of mistakes, but there's a line where that runs out. Mistake or not, they have been incredibly consistent. Not to mention that there's no way to prove it wasn't just your own rank-up regret.
It doesn't change the consistent guidelines they have on reversing these things.
if he’s been taught not to mess with other peoples stuff, then this is a lesson that needs reinforcing with a consequence. Ask your parents to tell him “No more pocket money until you get your big bro the money to correct what you did”.
If one of my kids did this:
if it was an accident , they have to Pay to fix it.
If it was on purpose, they’d have to pay to fix it, plus something extra.
A good life lesson, is learning to loose.
You're mad because they're following policy. You're embarrassing yourself on the internet for something that you have complete control of. Stop being mad because you can't have your way.
Your post says "I’m making this discussion because I want to see if there is other players out there that have had mistakes happen with zero forgiveness from Kabam."
1. This was not a mistake.
2. You did not ask for forgiveness. However, although I am not supposed to do this, on behalf of Kabam, I forgive you.
3. You are still not getting your resources back, because that's asking for a resource refund in a situation where by policy they do not reverse such decisions.
Lots of players run into issues, and some of them support can assist with and some they can't. Your situation is one they cannot do anything about, because regardless of your assertion that you have "video proof" there is no possible way you could have video evidence of tampering with your account that support could validate. Nor are they in the business of investigating family squabbles.
