Bastion deal not working

I brought the bastion deal have claimed in store (500 market points) but I still don't have in game

Juggernaut SP2 bugged: we do not care
$500 7 star bastion deal bugged: it’s fixed in 5 minutes!
I doubt there's any company that wouldnt prioritise an issue that impacts their main source of income for the next week (outside of charities and nonprofit organizations)
and it's also still not fully fixed since many players still don't have what they paid for
Kidding aside, appreciate the quick response and support with this.
No real way to avoid being meme'd on here, do get that. Will just say this is in large part because different teams have different responsibilities and different issues have different levels of complexity (this for instance was a pretty simple fix thankfully).
